RETURNS

If you wish to return an order from Tabletops Etc, click here and tell us the order number, items to be returned, reason for return, and whether you want an exchange. Once we have received your message we will reply with return authorization. Please do not ship back any items until you have heard from us.

You can return any product purchased at Tabletops Etc within 14 days of receipt. Your refund will be processed within 10 business days of closing the return, and will be paid using the method of your original payment. All returns must arrive with our stamp or sticker on the original pieces, and all shipments must be sent standard mail insured.

Please note:

We will pay for original and return shipping of an item only if we were in error when the package was originally sent, AND USPS is used for return shipment.

You must use ONLY USPS to return international deliveries.

We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee for some returns.

DAMAGED ORDERS

If your package arrived damaged, please click here to let us know which pieces arrived damaged. We will contact you concerning the availability of replacements or the issuance of a refund. Please note: you must retain the damaged packaging and damaged pieces for up to 4 weeks, as many shippers will request an inspection of the damaged items prior to paying a claim.
